  • Yes, you have the flexibility to pause or stop your subscription. My subscriptions have an initial minimum term of three full calendar months. For example, if you sign up on the 14th of August, the minimum term extends until the end of November. After this period, you can cancel your subscription through your portal.

  • If you purchase a block of sessions, there are expiration dates based on the number of sessions:

    5 sessions: Valid for 2 months from the date of the first session.

    10 sessions: Valid for 3 months from the date of the first session.

    20 sessions: Valid for 6 months from the date of the first session.

  • I offer both online and in-person personal training sessions. Online sessions are conducted through Zoom and are 45 minutes long. In-person sessions take place at our studio located in Angel Islington and last for 60 minutes. Please note that our in-person services are available only in London.

During online personal training sessions, we work just as hard as we would in our studio in Angel Islington. If you cancel on or before the 14th of any month (the halfway point), the cancellation will be processed at the end of the month. If you cancel in the second half of the month, it will be effective at the end of the following month.
