Why I do What I do?
Growing up, I always had a bit of a struggle with my body weight. Blame it on my sweet tooth ā chocolates and cakes were my weakness.
As I entered adulthood, loneliness hit me hard. To deal with it, I started hanging out at night, and things got a bit out of control. Drugs became my companions, thinking they could fill the void. By the time I hit my twenties, I was on a dangerous path ā battling depression and grappling with body weight issues.
But you know, out of all that chaos, a calling emerged. I felt this deep compassion to help others facing their own battles. Just like I found strength and happiness from within, I want to be that helping hand for others, making them stronger and, most importantly, happier.

I turned my own tough times into a way to help others. Mixing sports therapy and fitness training isn't just a job for me; it's like handing you a personal guide through the ups and downs. We're in this together, rewriting your story from a tough time to finding your inner strength.

Today, as a personal trainer and sports therapist in North London, I combine my understanding of the human body with my compassion for helping others. I guide my clients through tailored exercise programs, incorporating strength training, flexibility exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
